Wedding block of rooms. We coordinated with Hyatt Place for a room block for our nearby 10/21/23 wedding. The coordination was excellent, and the service was top notch. The staff is friendly and attentive. Our guests were happy with their rooms and accomodations. We definitely recommend using this hotel for wedding room blocks and other events!

I will never stay at a Hyatt again for how I was treated by this staff. My son was coming home from Spain and his flight was delayed. I was told there was a free shuttle to take him back and forth to and from the airport because he was flying to PIT the next morning for the last leg of his flight. My son called Hyatt place to pick him up at the airport to shuttle him back to the hotel and they never ended up picking him up. They said they drove by the airport and there was no one there to pick up so they left. My son was waiting there for 25 minutes and he never saw them drive past. He and I both called the hotel back and asked where they were and they said they made their last trip to the airport for the night and they couldn’t pick him up. I was extremely frustrated with them…The worker hung up on me. Meanwhile they never told me that 11pm was the last trip they would make when I made the reservation. I assumed they would run as long as someone needed picked up. This certainly is not good customer service. I travel a lot and have never experienced anything like this.

Extremely Disappointing Experience I recently stayed at this hotel for an extended period of over 10 nights, and I must say, my experience left much to be desired. The most concerning issue was the state of the elevator - it was in terrible condition and felt unsafe to use. To make matters worse, I discovered that the safety certificate for the elevator had expired a shocking five months ago. This is a major safety concern and should have been addressed promptly. The cleanliness standards in the room were far from satisfactory. It was evident that the room had not been properly cleaned during my stay. The clogged drains were another significant inconvenience that should have been taken care of. Furthermore, the broken ice machine was a letdown, and the fact that external doors could be opened without a key raises serious security concerns. This is completely unacceptable, as it puts the safety of guests at risk. Breakfast was a daily disappointment, with supplies running out early and painfully slow restocking. It was frustrating to start the day on such a note. The condition of the beds was also below par. They were not cleaned properly, which is a basic expectation for any accommodation establishment. To add to my list of grievances, the internet speed was painfully slow. In this day and age, a reliable internet connection is essential for both work and leisure, and the hotel's poor connectivity was a major inconvenience. All in all, my stay at this hotel fell far short of my expectations. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for the management to address these critical issues. It's crucial that they prioritize the safety, cleanliness, and overall guest experience to ensure future visitors have a more pleasant stay.

Well I’ll start with the good, the slithering sea serpent reservation receptionist is the nicest sneakiest woman you’d ever speak to, I gave references to the prices online and she said it would be the same as a walk in because I was only getting a day room for 4-5 hours. I get to the facility the lobby is very tiny and smells awkward to say the least the women at the front desk is very Kurt and gives full acknowledgment of my reservation then asks me to swipe and it’s 150$!! for that short a time when the normal rate is 105?? Is this a joke, I look at the woman’s face and I see the game is on. I accept without wanting to cause a scene in this cramped lobby, I head to the elevator and it didn’t seem like it could make it to the 3rd floor but luckily it did, we get to the room and it’s average at best however it didn’t have hot water we took cold showers and it didn’t matter what water source it was the water was cold, then as we were lying in bed we here the loudest commotion in the room by the bed and the cooling system literally fell off the wall as you can see in the pictures, I propped it back up cause I didn’t want to hear no guff from the shifty staff. We walk down the stairs this time Vs the old elevator and it’s a scary staircase, as we exit the front desk clerks are dragging their feet with towels on them laughing cleaning up water from the lobby. Do yourself a favor and stick to Hilton Marriott this was a total joke or should I say robbery
