I have stayed on several occasions at this local hotel which is very close to the Miami International Airport. Alba at the front reception was accommodating and amiable. Overall, the room is clean and quiet. There's a spacious dining room with a nice hot buffet style breakfast in the morning with a choice of hot items including eggs, sausage, grits, home style potatoes, breads, French toast, cereals, fresh yogurt (not in plastic containers), fruits, coffee and juices. Breakfast is free and included as part of the price of the hotel room. Isabel the breakfast manager was attentive and courteous. If you're looking for more space, I would recommend the Corner King Room which has a separate living area from the bed area, floor to ceiling glass windows with two TVs. Charging an extra $25 for parking is unnecessary. Parking used to be free at this location. There is also a fee for early check-in before 3pm. Dr. G.

The hotel is nice. The rooms are nice. They are not sound proof and you can hear the planes flying over. The staff was nice. Also we had to pay $15 per night for parking. It would be good if parking was paid through the room. We stayed for 1 night. I wouldn't stay here again.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and generally inviting. The service is friendly and bilingual. I have two issues with the hotel: 1. They charge for parking ($25/night) 2. The hotel is situated at the end of the MIA runway so planes land/take off over the hotel from 4AM to 11PM, making it difficult to sleep.

No shuttle from the airport. Cost us $60 for an Uber. Breakfast, so so. Tried to ask the fellow at the front desk a simple question but his English was so poor he didn't get it. Even after explaining. 2 more things. No hot tub and the pool heater was broken. Am I at a Super 8 or a Hilton? Update: just called the front desk to ask about a shuttle to Miami Cruise Port and they don't have any. We have friends at La Quinta right beside us getting us on their shuttle. Should have stayed there. Their pool heater works too!

This is a great place for a short term stay right next to MIA. The hotel has a relatively modern feel, and the room was spacious enough for our family of four to fit in comfortably. It was also surprisingly quiet considering its proximity to the end of the runway. The outdoor pool area was a nice space to spend some time in as well. Breakfast had a nice spread, though the seating area was cramped and it was hard to find a table. The design was a bit strange as well, with the lobby being on the second floor. Minus one star for not having an airport shuttle. Absolutely no reason to not have a shuttle considering their close proximity to the airport and the fact that other Hyatt properties in the area do offer shuttles.
