I had a 2 week stay at this hotel, and I absolutely LOVED the experience! First time staying at a Hyatt hotel but it will definitely NOT be the last! I want to start off my praise for this place by recognizing the employees! The employees at the front desk were always very knowledgeable, courteous, and kind. Isaiah and Brian (Bryan?) always went above and beyond to make sure clients were taken care of. They were always patient when clients had any questions, managed to always stay professional, especially during rush hours. They made working as a team look as natural as breathing. It's clearly obvious that they like their job and they WANT to give everyone the best service they can provide. Shout out to them for making my stay fantastic! Regarding the amenities (I'm sure I missed a few), they have a small gym available, and it was always clean and organized. Breakfast was available everyday, and the options were always great! The hotel is in a very convenient location, there are SO MANY restaurant options around. I really appreciated that I was able to walk to different places for food, deserts, and coffee. Overall, I loved my stay at this hotel and I am very happy that my company booked with them!

This was a great place to stop on our way to The Keys. We had just driven 14 hours with 2 kids! The weather was great! The staff was super helpful and kind. The morning breakfast was wonderful. We would definitely stop again!

I can not say enough about the staff here. My husband, during a work trip to Miami, suffered a medical emergency in the hotel lobby. Thankfully his co-workers were close by and jumped in to help, as did the staff. We live in Pennsylvania so i was tasked with flying alone, 2 weeks post knee surgery - completely dependent on crutches, to be by his side. The staff, again, was incredible as soon as I arrived. They absolutely went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and they took great care my husband once he was discharged. Our room was comfortable and kept clean, breakfast is delicious and the location was very convenient to the airport (and the hospital- who knew we would need that!?!?) We have since returned home but our hearts our in Miami. We appreciate each of you.

My stay at this hotel fell short of expectations. Upon arrival, I encountered a pricing discrepancy between the front desk and the online app. Additionally, as a member, I was disappointed to find no option for an extended checkout. The elevator situation was inconvenient, with only one functioning. The breakfast experience was marred by a lengthy line, even for early arrivals. Furthermore, the cleanliness left much to be desired, with hairs found in the shower and on the bathroom floors and baseboards. Overall, a less-than-satisfactory stay.
