The room had more charging locations than many hotels. Location for my event at the conference center was very convenient and was also very close to Universal Orlando. Disney theme parks and Orlando International Airport were a little farther away (approximately 20-25 minutes). I checked out early the last day of my stay and easily stored my luggage at the bell desk. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Washcloths didn't get replaced as used ones were removed during cleaning. Nice sized mini fridge.

Great hotel at the heart of I-Drive. A central location especially if you want to visit all the major theme parks. The room was large and clean, with a big sofa, a desk, and a kitchenlette. Getting room cleaning is not a problem as long as you request the day before. Staff members and the manager are the most helpful and friendly we have met anywhere. Big shout-out to them! The walls aren't the most sound-proof, but the surrounding area is quiet despite its central location. So noise hasn't been a big problem for us, even though I'm usually not a good sleeper.

This hotel is very clean, well lit parking with a very capable and friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a place to stay. The only caveat to my stay was the air-conditioning in the room. Apparently, it is controlled by a wall mounted controller with a motion detector embedded in it. As long as you are up moving around, the temperature is maintained with no issues. However, once you lay down to sleep, obviously, the room heats up to 70° which seems to be by default. That made sleep uncomfortable for me. Overall, I still enjoyed my stay.

This place is a hidden gem. We stumbled across it about a year ago during them renovationing. We usually stay at Hyatt Regency, but the rates have gone up to high for a weekend get away, so we stopped in here and took a chance. We are so very glad we did. They are the nicest people, stay is super friendly. Ask for the quiet floors and you wont even know your in a hotel. This is the quietest place. Staff so kind, willingness to make your stay great. Rooms very clean, they take pride in clean rooms. Complimentary Breakfast is like Cafeteria food which is ok, could use a little perfecting, but is still nice they offer it. New miniature Bar downstairs is quaint and comfortable. They offer lunch, dinner and room service, so you don't have to go far for food. But you can walk anywhere around here. Pets allowed, they all love pets, so your pet will be treated like its home. We loved our stay so much, my husband company used it this year for the international trade show for their employees. We hope you try it out and love it as much as we have. If not, please talk to staff, they will accommodate your stay. If your looking for peace and quiet, please ask for upper 2 floors.
