We stayed here for a full 7 nights so we got a good idea if this hotel was nice and it is overall good, but not great. First, the rooms are pretty nice, but the beds are smaller. We had 2 beds and one of the nights, there was a cricket on my bed. So that was a surprise, but at least it wasn't a cockroach, and apparently, it's common to get crickets inside rooms in the heat of the summer. We were there in early September so it was still super hot. The gym was ok too, not too many machines, but still sufficient. The pool would've been nice and we did swim there several times, but we kept having to leave when we smell marajuana so that was a bummer, but not exactly the hotel's fault that some of the guests were smoking pot in the parking lot right around the pool and although there was no smoking signs, we also saw people smoke right near the pool. Breakfast was good with enough variety so that we were not totally bored by the last day, and there was an assortment of coffee and teas also. The breakfast staff was good about refilling items for the most part, but on the weekend they did run out of items. Overall, our stay was ok and the location was good as it's in a nicer part of Mesa, called River Front, where they're revitalizing the area and have a nice big park about 1/2 mile from the hotel and lots of shopping nearby (although no mall which is a good thing). There's even a large Bass Pro Shop nearby which was fun to window shop in.

We arrived on a Friday evening to a super friendly greeting from the front desk. We called for an iron, towels etc and they came within minutes. Breakfast was great!!! They didn’t run out of food and the eating area was large. Every single front desk personnel was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The room is great!!! Firm mattresses, super clean, very large and spacious for our family of 5. I would definitely stay at this specific Hyatt place but I’ll also try other locations based on this stay!!!

Room was a little dated and TV did not have way for me to play my own content wirelessly. AC was way too close to the bed and I broke a toenail kicking it in the middle of the night. Over all good value for money for one night stay. Would Consider another 1 night here.

Absolutely loved this hotel! Staff was fantastic and so friendly and helpful. The room was amazing! Had a king with a pull out sectional couch. Very clean rooms. The pool was the only thing that was a little iffy. Very cloudy and lots of stuff floating in it, but was still swimable. We had a bad storm on our last night and lost power for a few hours. I would think that they would have had a backup generator. Overall a very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel! The breakfast was by far the best I've ever seen for a hotel. The breakfast staff was on it! Nothing ever went close to be empty. Tons of choices, and lots of actual breakfast foods, eggs, bacon, sausage etc. I'm definitely going to stay again! There is also a putting green next to the pool.
