Great guest service… as a globalist I was hand delivered gifts of local beef jerky and salsa by staff. What an amazing welcome! Food is tasty as well. We were upgraded to an amazing suite!

An extremely rude security guard named Zea treated me like dirt asking me if I was a guest or do I have a friend that is staying here? Why did she come up to me is it because I am WHITE and she is BLACK??? Does she Hate a white woman seems that way because I was sitting being quiet by myself the whole time and my small dog was laying down being quiet also and I got kicked out for zero reason. Good luck with kicking out an anointed woman in Biblical times. She would not allow me to speak with the manager and would not answer the question did a manager send her. And escorted me to the door and even walked out and followed me down the sidewalk. I was fearing she might beat me up. I had thought many times I look forward to staying at the hotel in future but now they lost a customer. I have visited the hotel several times and enjoyed sitting by myself with my dog and no one ever said anything. I am sure she enjoyed every minute of your power to kick me out. And in 5D Earth she will get the same if she even arrives.

Booked a last minute room on New Years Eve. Very nice hotel. The front desk staff were all very nice and helpful. People complaining about the garage parking fee- yes it is high. But all hotel garage parking in cities is high. It is what it is. The nice front desk staff accommodated my request for checking out later than 11. I was happy to pay the fee. Would tay here again. Love the shower!!!

A little pricier than some other options but totally worth it! The staff is so friendly and helpful, it was a beautiful hotel, and the location was perfect! We had 8 girls staying for a weekend and we could walk everywhere we needed to! We had gorgeous views of the river which made it really spectacular. Great pool and hot tub with a view of the river. I would definitely stay here again!

I wished the hotel was on the other side of the river where most of the restaurants are in Austin. However, the hotel does have an excellent restaurant; their brisket is magnificent. The bar is open and friendly. The breakfast buffet is great. Loved the food. The rooms were spacious and clean. My family and I had a wonderful time in Austin. Hyatt certainly made the trip comfortable.
