Beautiful property!!! One of my favorites Hyatt’s that I’ve ever stayed at. We got upgraded to an ocean view room which ưa so lovely. The resort is well maintained with super friendly staff. The ocean is private with free boogie board rentals. We loved the arcade too which was kept really clean by Hoang Nguyen. We definitely plan on coming back with our tennis rackets and staying for more days to soak in the warm sun and cool breeze here. It’s seriously beautiful from all angles. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Thanks to all who made this a lovely stay.

Amazing hospitality We stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience from the quick effective check in through to departure. we were upgraded to the club lounge for our stay and used it every morning and evening for the delicious breakfast and evening light buffets. The layout of this spacious hotel in its tropical location has been well thought out in design that gave us the feeling of staying in a modern immaculate village rather than a hotel resort. Out of the numerous swimming pools our favourite was the pool next to the spa/gym which was always empty and is surrounded by beautiful architecture with lush garden area. We would highly recommend this hotel to couples and families alike and will not hesitate to return if the opportunity again arises.

Overall this property is lovely - we were unlucky with the weather (rainy season in December) Breakfast both in the lounge or in the main area had great selection of dishes and service was great. We were however disappointed with the beach front villa - we had several issues with the air condition (won't turn on during the night) and the villa hot water tank didn't have enough hot water for the family (5 pax) to shower at night and take baths - we had to split up and wait a few hours for the hot water to fill out. So For those w are booking a villa, definitely be mindful of that.I think book a regular suite in the larger complex would have totally been alright. Miss Tram was great in supporting us with our issues throughout our stay!

Absolutely stunning modern resort! I can’t thank enough for an update to Ocean Front room … my stay was absolutely perfect! I should have visited for way longer Special thank you to Rachel and Bevis for awesome morning and evening beach front yoga classes! Absolutely loved it! I had an access to lounge, with breakfast and afternoon drinks/refreshments… great food and great staff! Elsie Thai and Nhing Le took care of me each morning/evening. Super friendly and helpful front desk as well Can’t wait to return
