The location of this hotel is actually next to the baggage claim in the PIT airport, so it makes it extremely convenient. The front desk service was very nice and helpful. I ate at the restaurant in the hotel. However, the cooks found it hard to follow instructions. The portabella mushroom salad was really good. The other things that I ordered didn't come out quite right. Because they weren't prepared to instructions. The bed slept well. They have the right kind of consistency. Not too soft, not too firm . The water in the bathroom is extremely loud. I heard the person next to me while I was sleeping, their water running. The water is nice and hot, but the shower is low. So for someone who is 5 foot 8 thinking, this was a low shower. Taller people are going to be aggravated by this. Overall, because of the convenience and the rate of service as well as the room. I would most likely stay here again.

We had a banquet there recently and the service was terrible, the food was terrible and the space we were in was too crowded. The chicken was burnt and overcooked, the pasta didn't have meat sauce in with the pasta and they didn't serve any vegetables with our meal. We had to go and get water ourselves whereas a pitcher of water should have been placed on each table. I understand that we had to pay for alcohol drinks but pay for soda is going to far. Soda is cheap I don't think we should have paid for soda. I'll never go back to this place for an event because everything that we experienced was bad!

Attended a banquet dinner here in January 2024. Absolutely horrible service although staff was extremely pleasant they were not attentive and never cleared dishes, food was inedible, either over cooked or undercooked depending on the dish and not vegetable was served, bar/beverage was absurdly priced ($5 for 1/2 a can of soda). Plus $15-$20 to park for even for just the event.

I stated in my reservation that a crib for my son would be a blessing and the pack-n-play was already set up when we arrived. Automatic five stars. Traveling with Littles is interesting and anything that can make parents time easier is a major plus. The room was clean, cozy, and the coffee pods were pretty good and not weak af. I’ll stay here again if we fly anywhere else in the future.

The staff at Hyatt was friendly, but I encountered some issues during my stay. There was a loud front desk staff member in a Steeler Jersey boasting about their team, which was a bit off-putting when I just wanted to check-in. Additionally, the bathroom tub spout was not attached to the wall, and there were signs of water damage on the ceiling. On the positive side, the room was clean. Overall, I'd consider this hotel a last resort option.
