Fantastic hôtel. Stayed here for business, Had just a standard room, so I did not expect much, however it was amazing. Very big luxurious room, with it's own large terrace and view on the canal. Breakfast very high quality which you can also enjoy on the outside terrace next to the canal.

I had a fantastic stay, conveniently located just 10 minutes away from Dubai Mall. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was remarkable. The rooms were not only clean but surprisingly spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere with a great view. However they need to work on the lobby area.

I would like to share my unique experience staying at this amazing hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the attention I received from the professional and friendly reception team. By entering my room, I was able to feel the cleanliness and high comfort that is offered. The room's design and modern furniture reflects good taste and interest in guest experience. The hotel facilities were amazing. From the refreshing pool to the well-equipped fitness center, everything was in place for relaxation and entertainment. I was never bored during my stay there. As for the restaurant, I enjoyed high quality delicious meals and great service. The chefs were dedicated to providing delicious dishes that radiated a smile and the art of cooking. I can only commend the efforts put in by the team in attending to guests' needs and making their stay an exceptional experience. The attention to detail and quick response to any query was remarkable. In short, if you are looking for a wonderful and comfortable stay experience, this hotel is the ideal choice. I highly recommend staying here and I will definitely be back in the future. Thank you for making an unforgettable stay! 😊👌

Well, this is our second visit to Dubai and we always stay in the Hyde Hotel, we spent 5 days and the staff were incredible and super welcoming. We were given a spacious room at the Hyde Hotel with a stunning balcony outlook. The bed was very big and very comfy. In the bathroom, there was a bathtub. The service was excellent. The pool and gym were excellent too. On top of that, the restaurant provided excellent service and wonderful, high-quality food. The cooks were committed to serving delectable food that exuded joy and great skill. The breakfast buffet was scrumptious and diverse. In close proximity to the hotel are barbershops, supermarkets, a gym, and restaurants. If there is one thing, it would be the checkout time. We had to wait a little while longer till the rooms were ready since we arrived at 12 o'clock. It would therefore be preferable to have them prepared before the other guests show up. In brief, if you want a pleasant and comfortable stay, this hotel is the best option. I would strongly recommend staying here, and I would most certainly return. We appreciate you making our stay extraordinary! 🤍

My overall experience was great with the service, breakfast and pool area as well. The only thing that I don’t like is the decoration of the rooms, too old to me! And the lobby area is awful for 5 stars hotel. I lost my rolex watch and they were very helpful to check security cameras to find out where is it until we found it 👍🏻. My recommendation is to give extra time for check out as other hotels in same area. And to redesign the hotel ( lobby and rooms ) to be more contemporary
