My wife and I stayed in this hotel for 6 nights, and we are honestly very impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms, the friendliness of the staff, the food was excellent and in general there is nothing that cannot be done. All the time the staff was concerned, came to us with a smile and tried to satisfy our wishes. The reception is very friendly, professional and always at your service, the rooms are comfortable, the bathrooms are very spacious and clean, clean bed linen and towels are changed every day. The hotel has a gym as well as a spa. If we weren't in DUBAI but some other city, we wouldn't even have left the room, we had everything we needed for comfort and pleasure in the hotel. I will surely return to it and I warmly recommend this hotel to everyone. Yes, there are two construction sites outside and 2 buildings are being built, I read some reviews that it is noisy and you can't sleep? honestly, we were asleep and didn't hear anything, and for the rest, you have to understand that the world does not turn towards you and that these are normal things that follow us through life, for those who are eternally grumpy, I recommend that they take a tent and go to the desert, for free and enjoy alone in silence.

It is my first time in Radisson Hotels and it never disappoints. We came early in the hotel and they had approved us for early check-in. The room was very nice and spacious. I love that they have given us a room separate with the living area. Clean, neat and friendly ambiance. Location of the hotel is very strategic in Business Bay and Dubai Mall is 15 minutes away of you are up for a walk. I had a very soundly stay. Breakfast was good and staff are very accommodating and kind.

My recent stay at the 5-star hotel was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I walked through the elegant lobby doors, I knew I was in for a treat. Let’s start with the breakfast buffet; it was a gastronomic delight. The array of delectable dishes and the variety of choices left my taste buds dancing with joy each morning. But what truly set this hotel apart was its exceptional staff. The team was not just nice; they were warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. It felt like they went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable, always ready to assist with a smile. The view from the hotel was captivating. It provided a serene and picturesque backdrop to my mornings. Waking up to the sight of the surroundings was a feast for the eyes. And let’s not forget the pool - an oasis of cool and relaxation. Taking an early morning dip became a cherished routine that left me feeling refreshed and invigorated. Even late at night, when the occasional craving struck, the room service was incredibly prompt and attentive. They made sure I had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable, no matter the hour. In summary, my stay at this hotel was truly amazing. I have to say that I’m very disappointed… this is my first time having this review, they have random sounds like when I didn’t turn on the air conditioner, it also doesn’t have enough food for dinner, because if you have 2 floors, then make it full!!! But the location is good, because the is a supermarket downstairs. The only good part about this place is that we have a comfortable bed and a roof on top of me… if you think it’s not enough, the shower… I HAD TO WAIT FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES JUST FOR ME TO HAVE A HOT SHOWER. Some of the times, they don’t answer phone calls… if you ever need extra assistance, don’t even bother to call, just go downstairs and ask the service assistants. I heard that my uncle didn’t even have a balcony!!! He has the biggest room of all of us. I was the only one with a balcony. If you ever need a place for hotel, DONT choose here, I don’t recommend.

Wow, a fantastic stay-cation for me and for the surprise I gave my wife. From the time we entered to the hotel and until we left. All teams from the concierge, receptionists, restaurants, room service, cleaners, pool attendants and even the management staff were full of energy and always with a smile. The food and the service was amazing. A wonderful stay and a must for hotel lovers to visit .... We will be there again
