The location of the apartments is very good and central. There are 4 tube stations within a 10 minute walk. The location is also very quiet, even in the room it is quiet, even if the room window faces the street. The size of the room was sufficient for 2 people. The equipment of the room was very good and you had everything you needed for your stay. The kitchen was also well equipped with stove, oven, microwave, kettle and necessary dishes. The cleanliness of the room was also fine, but you also had the option of room service. The staff were very professional and answered questions quickly and well. The check-in and check-out was very uncomplicated and worked very quickly.

Lovely receptionists... Both the gentleman and the lady gave us a good warm welcome and waved good bye too upon checkout. Stayed for a night in the middle of July, duplex 4bed apartment, equipped with pedestal/wall fans in case you felt too warm. Bit old buildings, not the shiniest, but clean and well equipped...great location, lots of parking, in the middle of the city and you can access all kinds of public transport and eateries within a few mins walk. Will stay here again for a visit to the city. Great location for drive into London - park - dump your bags - freshen up and ride into the city. Train/tube strikes are no more disruptive. Tip for the hotel operators: have a few more power sockets around the room for mobile charging and plugging in your pedestal fan.

Paid £120 a night to stay here while all the corporate hotels are £300+ per night that's if you can get a booking as it's Pride day today and Take That are playing in Hyde Park this evening. This place is in a great location 20 minute walk from the park. Shops are 2 minutes walk away. Tube station by the shops & a few places to eat are dotted around. First impressions of the room blew us away but looking closer there are flaws. Bathroom door wouldn't close, air conditioning doesn't work, kitchenette area doors don't match tha cupboard carcases and there is paint from the walls on the wardrobes. There is a hole in the bathroom tiles above the shower and it gives the impression that someone lost interest halfway through the renovation. There is also an elephant staying above us that stomped around during daylight hours but other than that great value for money. We are already planning to come back with our grandchildren to use this as a base to visit the museums which area 20 minute walk away.

I booked one of the apartment (room) which look deceiving in the pictures. The room was very small to what is shown online. I was given the room on the 5th floor which the building does not have a lift. I must say I had the worst experience sleeping, the rooms are very close to each other you can hear people walk in and out thier rooms slamming the door as it felt like they were breaking into your room. Shouting and screaming noise was heard till the early morning. I was also deducted £100 from my deposit for using and leaving a dirty towel which they referred to as DAMAGED! Unfriendly staff, bad environment and would not even recommend this place to my enemy.
