I had the worst customer experience ever. 1. Check-in starts just at 4pm (if you want to check-in earlier it costs around 70 eur). We have arrived earlier and tried to contact property to ask if we can leave our bags until the official check-in. As it was Sunday, auto reply told that they are working from 3pm-5pm but in urgent case there is another number to reach them out. We have tried to call that number but.. Later from 3pm we were trying to call (all the time) until 4pm to the main number. Nobody answered. 2. Self-checkin with no any numbers or names on doors. We managed to take our key from the locker as all codes were sent to inbox. But it was impossible to understand which appartment is ours. As there were no any numbers on the doors. We were still trying to reach them by phone but nothing happened. We have decided to try the key and find ourselves which appartment is ours. That means we tried to open all doors:) One appartment was opened and we found people there. We have asked them maybe they know how to recognize which is our room. They started to laugh and said that they tried all doors intil found theirs. 3. The fridge and kitchen was not clean. I have informed them about that, no reaction. 4. Router for wifi was disconected. We have managed to find where is it and fixed ourselves. 5. Than we have entered the appartment it was 28 degrees there. And never went down (but increased). It was impossible to sleep there. Unfortunately, they havent solved this issue as well. The worst thing was that even we were writing them all the time, nothing has changed. Would never recommend to stay there. Despite all that they have sent me this message 🤦‍♀️ Hello Simona, Thank you so much for your stay. Again, we hope you had a wonderful stay in our apartment. Avoid. I cancelled in 2020 well over a month before. They didn't refund anything. Only when I mentioned the local consumer authorities, they agreed to give me a 100% voucher. (Which I accepted on my week moment.) That was valid for 2021. And as we all know, covid is still around. These greed people "cannot" extend the validity of the voucher. So, didn't receive anything but I was entitled to pay.

Apartment with good location for sightseeing by walking. Close to many nice places, restuarants, department store. But apartment condition need to improve, found some sand on bed, bad smell in toilet, wifi not cover all rooms. Also check policy before left to make sure will not charge again for some issues.
