We stayed since December 16-17, the hotel location are strategic close to Bangkok Train Station (Light Railed Train), friendly service/hospitallity, provide with parking lots if you rent a car. We little bit surprised since althought at city center, the room still quite. We rented 2 rooms in 306 and 308, if you share a room with children you will be charged an additional 500baht/day, and you will only be given 3 pillows, 3 mineral water and 3 towels. However on the second day they only provided 2 mineral water and 2 towels. The bathroom smelled a bit, then because there were three of us with children, we attach the beds and it turned out that the bottom was full of dust. The room has 2 single bed, 32inch Tv, hairdryer, electric kettle, small safe box, 1 chair, 1 sofa, and ac split, and 4 power plugs.

Room ok, a bit noisy as it is right next to a busy road, but still great location as it is also next to the BTS. Breakfast is mostly Asian food which I prefer.

Convenient hotel near BTS Station. Friendly staff and has some spacious rooms by today's standard. Road noise was less than anticipated. Did not eat there, cheap Thai food available in same building. Will stay there again.

we stayed at heritage hotel just across earlier this year and loved the location hence this time we tried iresidence hotel... theres 5 of us so we stayed in a family room while is 2 rooms linked with a door, rooms are spacious enough for us though abit old, some of the wooden furniture sure had seen better days, bed linen are clean and no weird smell luckily, water pressure in the toilets are good though the tv reception isn't fantastic, wifi works real fine fortunately... staff is super friendly and helpful, we reached before check in time so luggages were left in the lobby, plus pts!!! check in and check out is a breeze too, most importantly bts is literally couple of mins away and 7 eleven just outside.... safe neighborhood too
