We have just spent 4 nights at this fantastic hotel. The rooms, the service and the staff were all exceptional. Located within easy reach of public transport hubs to all parts of the city. I would like to specifically mention the staff whom from arrival until departure were kind and attentive and could not do enough to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Awesome room and all of the staff are really friendly and helpful. I had a massage with Ines- amazing and would highly recommend her! Suraya was phenomenal- she told me all about the sites to see, how to get there and even left cards in my room with ideas and lists of things to do in the place I planned to visit. Thank you Suraya- you are a star. On my birthday I came back to my room to find a cake and a lovely message.
