Paid $170 a night, no toiletries, no water to drink. I expected the room to be small but they were extra small. Hardly any space to walk between the wall and the bed. No space to keep the luggage. On the other hand, clean rooms, hot water, soap were there

Very bad service staff very unprofessional. Air conditioning not working. Room and full hotel have very bad smell. Manager not available. No one listens your request. Poor management. They promise in afternoon and change in evening. Horrible experience in Barcelona.

I stayed here for just 1 night to catch an international flight. The room was a great size and the bathroom was a little small but for 1 night it was fine. The front desk staff was helpful and sweet - they booked a cab for my early morning flight which I really appreciated. The hotel is a 12-15 minute drive away or 48 mins via bus (no driect bus). There is a bus stop directly outside the hotel. Unfortunately the a/c was not working during my stay which made the room hot and uncomfortable so I advise you to check with them to see if it has been fixed before booking.

It's currently 5AM and I'm wide awake lying in bed thinking how broke financially is this hotel if they can't even turn on their air conditioning. I've switched rooms twice and both rooms feel like a sauna and air conditioning has been disabled hotel wide. My 1st room was on the ground level and the staff recommended to just keep my window open.. Leaving my window wide open on the ground floor while I sleep didn't make security sense to me and I asked to changed floors. They promptly put me up the 2nd level where I can fully open my window and feel the hot steaming breezing of "winter".

*** Hotel Ashtray*** As others have mentioned, the hotel reeks of cigarette smoke. When I first arrived, I waited in the lobby and noticed people smoking a lot at the entrance and the smell of smoke permeated through the lobby. At night when I was trying to sleep, my eyes started burning and I could smell the cigarette smoke, as though people were smoking in the rooms. The rooms are a decent size but the bathrooms are small and poorly designed. The neighborhood does have a McDonald’s close by and several supermarkets of varying sizes. There is no hotel shuttle and a cab is $25-$30 USD each way to and from the airport. Tried to eat dinner here. Menu is limited for my taste. Service was ridiculously slow. I gave up and went back to my room hungry. I wouldn’t recommend the restaurant based on my experience. I did try the breakfast buffet which was as basic as it gets. The cost was about 10 euros.
