Surprisingly large rooms, with surprisingly few storage surfaces and slightly odd "bathroom" layout. Only one (large) towel per person. But overall clean, reasonably comfortable (if very firm) bed, and good water pressure and temperature. Perfect location and great price. Parking is only €10/night (not the regular €18) in the building garage for hotel guests, which I unfortunately hadn't realized before parking elsewhere. PS: blackout blinds work well, but the "night light" by the bed is brighter than it needs to be and can't be turned off. Post-its or a sleep mask can help if bothered by that.

Simple hotel, nothing fancy. Friendly staff, good rooms - small however, and no separation of bathroom and bedroom - and good location, close to the city and train station. Basic breakfast. I am, however, not fully convinced as there are alternatives in Leipzig close by which offer more perks than ibis budget at the same price.

Perhaps the cleanest ibis budget till date. Location is perfect, next to the marketplein and very close to the station. Parking too was easy(though this is additional). Excellent value for money. The area is pretty safe by german standards and patrol police were always circulating.

Unbelievably bad and dishonest. The staff forced us to pay for 5 breakfasts extra when only 3 people ate, the manager turned extremely rude as we were actually asking to book an extra room dans I had to insist to get a invoice, they also made us to pay for 2 extra local tax (compared to the number of people actually sleeping there), which is very expansive compared to most other European countries, since it is 5% of the room price. Some of he floor agents have been absolutely wonderful and nice, some were acting as if it was annoying for them to say hello, or talk to us and be diligent. We were 5 people staying a full week for a professional trip, which was quite expansive, and were treated like we were not welcomed. Unbelievable.

Location is easy to find. Staff is ok. For the price that we paid for the room (almost 100 EUR) what you get on regards the room is very expensive. The highlight was the breakfast which after seeing the room, facility, service and price my expectations were too low and at the end it was positive and we got good buffet with different options and good quality of food.
