Very good choice overall. The hotel is near Warsaw West station but there is a bus stop right outside the reception with very convenient bus connections to the city center. The staff is also very kind and helpful and the room was clean. It should be noted that the room layout is a bit odd, as the shower is located right next to the bed, which can be awkward for non-couples. However, there is a curtain for privacy. There is no hair drier in the room but we were happily provided with one from the reception upon our request. Another important thing that we were not made aware of is that we had to pay for our stay upfront prior to check-in. This might be tricky for people who haven't had time to exchange their money into their local currency yet on their way from the airport. Also no fridge in the room.

Small simple room no amenities. Heater didn't work. No hot water kettle. Felt like we were in a small boat. Compact cheap design. Clean but disappointed in basics. Not worth the price

The room was compact with a bit shorter bed than usual. There was a TV, but I think it would be better to have a shelf instead. It was quite hard to get the invoice as I needed it even though I gave them the information while booking, then visited them twice. Then I emailed them twice and finally got it. The access cards were quite finicky. You are not able to have them near your phone or with your other cards in the wallet and still they will stop working. On their website they have invalid number. It also randomly switches to a different language. The visit is not seen under your account and you don't get the reward points you were promised.

Awful service. I have made a reservation via Expedia, but when I’ve tried to check in the staff had ignored my booking as apparently it wasn’t showing in the system. I was asked to pay for my stay and contact Expedia in the morning. When I have called Expedia in the morning my claim has been rejected because I was told that I should have called them right away, even if it meant to call at 4am, as that was the time of my check in. This is particularly sad especially since I was travelling for my mum’s funeral!
