Arrived a bit early and the staff Tito was very helpful. Had a good start experience as soon as we arrived Zurich! The hotel was a budget one, so don’t expect they have everything you need but basics are perfect! Near to a tram stop too!

In the end it is a budget hotel but nevertheless the minimum that they should be able to print the invoice. For 4 days their system remained jammed and that's very poor. Even eMail wasn't working. Rooms are okay but very thin walls and you can literally hear everything from the next rooms. Location is great as it is on a straight pace for 15 minutes by walk from the main train station and in a good neighborhood

It's a 'budget' hotel and with this I'm mind this place deserves a high rating: the rooms are, expectedly, small but spacious enough if occupied by a single person, shower cabin and toilet same - wouldn't like to stay here having to share the room though. The breakfast is outstanding with lots of fresh bread rolls, bread, fruits, yoghurts, cold meat, cheese etc. and the staff very friendly. The location is great since it is a short walk to the S-Bahm, even shorter to the tram.
