The reception are kind Rooms are small and have a bad smell Bathroom is old there is only soup without shampoo, conditioner or even shower gel. No tissues in the room except bathroom The restaurant’s food is bad and needs to be more saucy Osman and binar are so kind and helpful They made the experience way better The location is bad near the port and everything is far from it and needs a taxi.

Visiting Turkey in summer is always a bit… hot. It is very unpleasant to sleep without working air condition. And that’s the biggest defect of this hotel. Second one is part of staff which I believe is simply tired and probably understaffed. I stayed there for over a week, yet I had to activate my room key every day. For that activation you have to wait (every day) at reception in line. 5 min, 10 min, one day even around 20. This is unacceptable. Rooms are tiny, walls thin, door has a big gap at the bottom so you can hear everything what’s happening on the hallway and also in other rooms. Difficult to sleep if your neighbours want to have a conversation, because you’re a part of it if you want it or not. Room condition- average, bathroom condition - poor. Mold, broken seals, tiny. During shower you can expect rapid change of water temperature, quite often. Very unpleasant and surprising. One good thing is there are regular soap dispensers, not those small single use bottles. On the other hand people working in the restaurant are nice, helpful, and fast. No complains there. Food is served quick and tasty. Big improvement from my last visit. Internet connection is very good, especially for Turkish standards.

Only thing working for this hotel is its location. AC? Doesn’t work. Toilets? Barely work. Takes a few tries. We stayed for 1 night so it was passable but I def would not recommend staying for longer (unless they make further changes based on feedback). Aydintepe metro station is a 17 min walk, which makes it relatively easy to get around if you’re not taking a taxi or if you don’t have a car. Quite close to SAW airport, has a decent restaurant downstairs. I’d say they’re definitely understaffed, and that makes it a lot harder to get the right help at the right time. The air conditioning not working ruined the whole experience for us.

There was nothing to dislike about this hotel - got placed there by an airline for 24h after they messed up a flight. Limited choice (I.e. zero) for use but that’s likely because we were on some kind of airline deal. Food we were given was ok - not really what you’d call a healthy option but I liked it. Beds were comfy, room was quiet. Internet was internet.
