We had a great stay in your hotel which is conveniently located. Receptionists were very welcoming and helpful. Room was nice and clean. Don't know why our towels were changed even if we didn't request it but ...thanks for that. Breakfast was nice. Food in the restaurant 👍 and prices more than reasonable. The only reason I didn't give 10 was outside noise. Couldn't close window completely and as we were facing motorway our sleep was less than good. I complained about the issue to receptonist but nothing was fixed. Hope not to get the same room in few days time as I'll be back in Lima

I was happy that there was air conditioning in the room so I was able to have a good night’s sleep. The hotel is in a good location to allow for securing water and snacks at the nearby supermarket. The front desk personnel were helpful in outlining the hotel amenities as well as storing bags. I recommend this hotel for those visiting Lima.

Great hotel. Someone drank the iced tea i had in the fridge and they opened the safe, but i had a bottle of water inside only, they didn’t steal anything
