The overall balance is positive. The Underground/Tube is close to the hotel and in terms of price/quality is worth it. Rooms are spacious enough and comfortable. My only critiques to improve that would enhance the customer experience is to make the personnel’s attitude a little bit more friendly and welcoming, and with regards to the breakfast to make it more abundant since the price you pay is not low.

I stayed here for 3 nights. 15min-walk from the tube (Jubilee & Elizabeth Line) and just next to a DLR stop. A bus stop is located in front of the door. The reception is open 24/7. Warm welcoming when I checked in. Perfect if you’re attending an event at the O2 Arena. I didn't have breakfast or lunch here, but there's a Tesco near the hotel if you need something. The room was very comfy, clean and quiet. But the heating system isn’t warming up the room, and it was very cold outside, so inside the room as well. A thing really annoyed me. On the last day, the cleaning staff tried to come into the room while I was still in bed (almost asleep). I wasn’t late for checkout as it was around 10am (checkout was at 12). But I may come back if I attend another event at the O2 someday.

Stayed here and always do for any concerts I go to in the 02. Lovely hotel with parking, so I drove to London knowing my car was safe. It’s a great location and Brian the manager was lovely & gave us advice of the tube to get to the 02 when we went to see Madonna in concert. He also interacted us the next day wanting to know how our Evening was , which shows an interest in his guests. Tube is very close to the hotel & by following his instructions it made it easy for us & saved us a fortune in taxis. Nice atmosphere when having a few drinks in the bar. I highly recommend this hotel.

Between the loud constant air vent, the bathroom door that only slams shut, the sink drainage that smells a bit like seawater, the cards to the doors not working half way into our visit, and the shower that randomly goes from hot to burn your skin, I can't say I had a great visit here. The location is great for going to the convention center but that's about the only positive thing to say. The staff have been mostly nice and helpful and the room was at least clean. So it's not a nightmare of a hotel room, just left a lot to be desired for the cost. You are far better off spending the same money on a nicer hotel a bit further away and getting the tube in the morning.
