Im going to update this in 2 days but on check in, a few observations. If you don't have other good options, this will work. It's functional. Quality is slightly below average and amenities are non-existent. This is all fine except for the price. If the price reflected what you get, I would have no issues. However, the price is WAY out of line for what you get so I do feel a bit cheated and shortchanged. Otherwise, service has been fine and no other major issues thus far. oh, make sure you are using a VPN on wifi. UPDATE: The negatives: Same as above including, little to no furniture. Example, only 1 chair which was as uncomfortable as a chair can be. There were three of us in a room. At least 2 chairs would be more normal. Outlets were loose, making it difficult to keep adapters and chargers in place. Pros: AC. Breakfast. It was anemic, but sufficient to get you going. Friendly and polite staff. Internet was decent. Location still a major plus for the train only. Otherwise, very much NOT a neighborhood reflective of the beauty of Paris.

Great location, just a few steps from TGV station. I didn't expect the rooms to be so small... I was there to see the City, not sleep in perfect conditions. Their breakfast was amazing, I couldn't ask for more.

Good location with easy access to public transport, a few minutes walking to Paris Nord train station. The room was facing the street, you could hear city noise during the night so a bit annoying. Proper high quality breakfast. Room was decent.
