Very nice hotel. Small but very clean. It's near the metro. The staff is really polite and helpful. Very nice breakfast. If I come back to Paris I will absolutely book a room here. Thank you everybody.

the beds are quite comfortable but the mattresses are falling apart. We had the fire alarm twice because someone accidentally pressed the K button and the staff activated it a second time because they couldn't turn it off. breakfasts were very tasty, warm bread and fresh products. metro close but a bit far from the center. overall the hotel is nice

Heating by hot air coming out straight to the bed. Unpleasant enough to have to switch it off. Only French TV channels, except a Chinese one and Euronews. No radio available either. No coffee or tea available in the room but could buy it at the reception for 2.50€. Decent breakfast. I’m afraid I will not repeat.

We stayed at this Ibis for few nights, and on the second night when we woke up, we had multiple bits from bed bugs. We told the reception supervisor/manager and he provided us with another room straight away. He was genuinely concerned and did everything he could to help the situation. Unfortunately, the other room we were given also had bed bugs… Overall service is good, but beware if you want to sleep well. The itch from the bugs is still felt a week after and is quite uncomfortable.
