It is what you typically expect from an IBIS hotel. Quite basic, but the hotel is in good condition. The location is great, walking distance to lively streets with so many food options. Also a manageable and pleasant walk from Nord station and Opera, Louvre, etc. Service is quite okay. A great thing is that there is an accessible coffee machine and a water tap in the lobby that you can use throughout the day which is great!

Ibis is basic, we know this..everyone does. This hotel offers convenience based on location and the staff at the front desk were great! The room however, was okay. Small as they can get, we had two rooms with two twin single beds in each. They did the job, the rooms were clean and had AC. Considering the summer heat this was a plus! Beds were okay, mattress was very thin but good enough for a 2 night stay. The bathroom however may need to have some upgrades done, the tub had this door that didn’t really block any water from escaping whilst showering. Other than that very basic, nothing fancy and no extra frills. Breakfast was okay, limited options but convenient. Overall experience 7.5/10, I would say if I had to visit again I would stay here. The staff at the front desk is very attentive and helpful, always around to assist. 10/10 for the great staff. Location is convenient and the area is nice, has many stores nearby.

We had difficulty getting in the hotel at night. We had been advised that it is OK to come back late, we just need to ring the bell. On the first day we were ringing the bell for a while, no response. I got worried that with no sleep my holiday would be ruined. Eventually someone came to open the door. I explained the issue. On the next day the same happened. I would not stay at this hotel again.
