I took a single room for one night... well located, short walk to tram. Room small but adequate, clean and comfortable, well furnished. Shower was a very,....very small corner shower, good job I am of normal proportion... if I was a heavier, bigger person, I would never have got into the cubicle.

Great location just out of the city centre with a tram stop nearby. The lift was broken when we arrived but repaired on the second day. Fantastic market around the corner too with lots of street food vendors. Pop in to Café Van Wou if you like a cosy traditional pub.

I stayed for 3 nights, during the Amsterdam Marathon weekend. Great location, rooms were excellent, and the staff has been very efficient, polite and helpful. From the check in process, breakfast everything was smooth. They even provided early check in as rooms were available Great stay!

Having paid for both nights, when I returned to sleep at the hotel I found that I had blocked access to the room. Checking the Counter they had put another person in my room. I had personal items in the box, my luggage was in the closet and what I had on the desk was thrown away. Among others, a power converter to be able to charge my cell phone because they thought they were preparing the room as if I were checking out. I never understood but apart from the fact that the system should show my night paid for upon arrival the day before, the protocol of checking the closet and seeing that there are personal items must have caught their attention. The safe was closed and the guest who entered also did not realize that there were other guest's things inside. The truth is incomprehensible with so much technology there is today.
