Hotel and room service was awful. They knocked on the door on two consecutive days and came into the room besides that we put the sign on the doorknob! The TV in the room was not working properly and on the third day suddenly we had no more electricity in our room! These things should not happen in such a hotel. So overall the location is good but the hotel experience was awful and definitely no recommendation

Please check your room for bugs!! My Girlfriend and I wanted to spend a romantic weekend away in Paris. We booked this hotel for the 8th-10th December. on our second night there, we found bugs all over our clothes. On closer inspection they were numerous bugs and ants present in the carpet by the wall under the TV. We alerted staff to this issue and they said that they are aware of the issue as it is occurs frequently. We asked if we could change rooms, but the hotel was full. we then asked for the hoover to have the room cleaned and we had to hoover the carpet on our own holiday. This was a huge letdown. As someone who has experience in the hospitality industry, this is a complete disgrace that they are getting away with this while knowing the issue exists. We were told that our emails were forwarded onto management but we have not heard from them in close to a month.

Well renovated hotel with modern Interiors, Location was close to the Metro Station, Breakfast spread was amazing....only drawbacks were walls are very thin and no elevators, so if you have big suitcases to carry...good luck with tiny and narrow spiral staircase !

The rooms are clean and comfy, quite small given that we have luggages but its very manageable. The bathroom is huge tho. Almost half the size of the bedroom. They offer good varieties of breakfast and drinks. They also have smoking area that looks like a little restaurant table that we use to see all over Paris. Only thing is they do not have complimentary drinks or bottle of water in the room atleast and they don’t have hotel slippers too, not a maior thing, so it’s best to bring your own. The rest like fresh towels and body wash are provided. All in all, I can say that its worth every penny.
