The hotel is well located. The rooms are newly furnished and comfortable. The bathrooms are tiny. The internet connection is very poor. The breakfast is average. Be careful that your room won’t be ready even if you come at 4 pm and you will have to wait for 40 minutes for it! Overall, can be stayed here if you catch the reasonable price, otherwise no need to stay here

Very nice hotel. Very near gare Saint Lazare and metro stops to everywhere. Bathroom extremely small. Shower with curtain. So all floor was wet. Almost impossible to turn in the shower. Good breakfast. Some almond milk would be nice. Very helpful and sympathetic people from the hotel. Second trip there and most probably not the last one. Hopefully the room will have a bigger bathroom 😉

Great hotel just minutes from metro station (Europe) and train station. Rooms were very small but not uncommon for Paris. Shower was extremely small and quite difficult to get in and out of. Breakfast was excellent for being included and we loved the fresh orange juice machine. Free coffee, tea and water in reception area. Staff were very friendly.

We booked simply on a single experience of an Ibis hotel a few years ago, and chose this one for its proximity to Gare Saint-Lazare. We were not particularly familiar with Paris ( though it was not our first visit) and were delighted with its location pleasantly located just off the “hustle and bustle” of main city streets, yet with easy access to so many city sights, galleries and museums, on foot. It has been a real find, and we would hope to stay there when we visit again.

Rather cold welcome at reception. Then i learnt that because my 3 night booking was made through a platform (poor me - my employer's booking system) i cannot get any frequent flyer mile or Accor loyalty card award. I travel a lot and usually am loyal to a restricted panel of hospitality chains, including Accor. So i feel rather cheated to have paid 600€+ without any recognition. Next time i come to Paris for sure i will book a more customer friendly hotel
