The staff are friendly and very helpful. But language is a barrier in Georgia.. The rooms are decent, what I dislike, was that they didn't have a kettle & coffee or tea in the room. We had to go down to the lobby every time we needed hot water etc... This is not a hotel for tourists, because the main centre is roughly around 40 to 45 minutes walk..

Kids and pet friendly property!!! When we checked in, I was amazed to see a mommy cat and her kittens running around the lobby. Such a beautiful sight for all the pet lovers. Location- very close to the center. Easy to find taxis. There is a very nice local market at walking distance. You will find a lot of items for a better price that other places. We bought a lot of fridge magnets for just 2 lari per piece. The property is very close to the biggest stadium and this was an added advantage since my son is a football fan. Also, they have a PS5 in the games room which kept the kids calm 🤣 Affordability- The price is higher than other places but affordable. The rooms are super spacious and comfortable. A special thanks to Victoria who provided us with a detailed map and places to visit.

A modern, extremely clean hotel, comfortable and well-equipped rooms, secure and the reception desk is constantly staffed by a team that is one of the best I've met. The hotel is located in the center, near the Dynamo stadium, a 10-minute drive to Harot Square and the Old City. Adjacent to the hotel there is high frequency multiple transportation to anywhere in Tbilisi. The breakfast is excellent. The hotel area is safe day and night. The price of the hotel is significantly cheaper than the prices of hotels of the same level in the old city and surpasses them in its excellent quality. We stayed at the hotel for 40 nights, having only planned for 11 nights. Since we wanted to stay longer in the stunning Tbilisi, it was clear to me that this was the hotel where I would want to spend all the days. Cheap and very high quality. There is no doubt that the highlight of the hotel is the staff. The reception office, the cleaning staff, the bar staff and the dining room. High-quality, professional and amazingly cordial. And the masters Victoria and Anna are responsible for all of them.

Superb Hotel with friendly & supportive staff. Great location as well . Easy to find taxis and commute to all attractions. Most importantly , this is a pet friendly Hotel and one cat family is living in the hotel. Amazing and very impressed with the pet care.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
