The entire experience was very good (the room was bright, spacious and clean) except the reception lady with long hair who did the check-in was rather unfriendly. She wasn’t rude to me actually. Is just that she needs to be more friendly. :) * The lady who cleaned the room at level 19 was helpful and approachable. She really made my stay, wonderful! 🇭🇰👍

I have stayed here for 3 nights. The room is quite clean and neat. Most of staff are polite and very helpful, only the bald head guy at the luggage storage that is not so polite but it doesn't mind me that much because he still get my luggage anyway. The hotel is not much far from MTR station and A21 bus stop. There is a local market in front of the hotel, so you can see the local life here also. I don't know why they get only 3.8 point score in google. When compare with the price, I really recommend everyone to stay here.

I gave this hotel 5 stars for the hospitality, room space and design, cleanliness and comfort room. Our room is at 16 Fl. Corner. Room type is iBusiness deluxe room. Shower room is separated from toilet. The room plan is so nice which i feel wider than the real 23 sqm. No breakfast room, but hotel provides the morning easy grab and go breakfast at the lobby every morning (bakery, tea and coffee). Available coffee machine and water are served 24-hr as well. So cool!! One part I love for this hotel is the 2nd floor…sweat zone, the garden and relax zone… i stay for 2 nights during the SCHKM2024 for my half marathon. Easy to go and well stay here. I highly recommend and will stay here the next time in HK.

The experience with the staff at the reception desk was phenomenal. Our flight arrived earlier than expected but the gentleman was very friendly and was willing to accommodate by giving us an early check in. The location is perfect with the train station (MTR) so close and many shops and stores to explore. It is pretty busy but once inside the room you can't hear the bustling street noise. The room is smaller than western standards but there is plenty of storage space. I am not sure if it is just our room but the mattress is horrible. After two nights we have woken up with our backs hurting. The cleanliness of the room wasn't bad but it wasn't great either. Found dusty surfaces and floor but nothing that a quick wiping didn't resolve. Overall, good experience.

the staff at the reception are really unfriendly and unhelpful. at the end of registration no information given regarding the room service, breakfast, or other information on the points to note. I asked for the taxi service to the airport, the reception replied that the hotel does not provide with this type of service. but it is a 4 star hotel. during our stays we have a room reserved for disabled people, the toilet and shower are designed to facilitate people in need. Contemporary design. Very bright areas with lots of natural light. The room is clean and comfortable. Security is good in that you need a room key to be able to access the elevator to go up to your floor.
