Very poor room for a 4*… smallest room we have ever been given… claustrophobic, one foot spare at bottom of bed partly taken by a shelf … impossible to walk around the bed. Compare the size of room to our luggage bag in picture… We had our suspicions when we saw the mess of bags in the reception as we checked in. After seeing the room we went to reception and they didn’t care… we checked out immediately, the reception staff took our room cards without any concern or effort to fix our issue. To make this worse is that this is a recommended BA British Airways holiday hotel…

Nice and clean. Good view if your room facing east, Victoria Harbour/Cruise Terminal etc. The good thing is large size bed, however you have to trade with less free space in the room.

The room is nice, quiet, and comfortable. I can have very good sleep. Hotel service including cleaning, WIFI, breakfast are more than satisfying. Next to the MTR station, and shopping and eating around is also convenient. I also like its common space. Strongly recommend this hotel for whom visit HK!
