This is a great hotel. The room was very clean and more spacious than you normally get in a city. The location was also perfect. Very close to everything but not right in the middle of all the city noise. Breakfast was perfect with fresh made to order pancakes or omelets each morning. The staff was helpful and cheerful, especially Lluis. He was always happy and made sure we were comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanted to stay in Barcelona.

Overall, the hotel is nice and we enjoyed our stay, but we had a couple of issues. When we arrived, the hotel said that they had our reservation beginning the next day, not that day. In order to check in, we were required to pay out of pocket for that night, even though our 5 night stay was already paid in full. After contacting my travel agent, she informed me that they were incorrect and our reservation WAS booked for that night, and I had already paid for all 5 nights. She requested a refund that I am still waiting for, but it's still frustrating to be double charged for our room, without the hotel acknowledging their mistake. Additionally, after 4 nights, we checked out and left the hotel for 2 nights to travel to Madrid and then returned for 1 additional night. In Madrid, we realized we left a couple of articles of clothing in the closet at ICON, and we called and let them know. They said they hadn't seen them and would look for them. When we checked back into ICON they continued to say they hadn't seen them and had asked the cleaning staff, who never found anything. I asked multiple times during the rest of our stay for my items back and they "never found them." I understand that the hotel does not take responsibility for forgotten items, but these items were not left in the hotel lobby, but were left in the closet, where only the cleaning staff had access after out checkout. My assumption is that items that are left in rooms are taken by the cleaning staff, since mailing them back to the guests is too burdensome for what they're worth. I don't think they expected that we would return to the hotel and ask for our items back. They did not apologize once for these items going missing, even though it was very obvious that hotel staff had taken them, since no one else had access to the room. Pretty disappointing experience.

We stayed for 4 days, 4 people. Location is geat, comfortable and large bed, room has plenty of space for luggage and your things, very clean. Breakfast is varied, the food is delicious. There are 2 small supermarkets very close to the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants and restaurants around the hotel and the shopping area is very close. Highly recommended!

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel, quite literally a perfect experience for Barcelona. The twin bedroom is spacious and comfortable, very clean, and the bathroom is also spacious. Cleanliness throughout the whole property. All the staff there is very kind and helpful, they will go out of their way to help and follow up with any requests. Conveniently located for sight seeing and plenty of nearby restaurants and cafes. The restaurant and breakfast on the property is delicious.
