Icon H 603 Suite Executive

definitely the worst experience I've ever had The manager of the Icon H is extremely rude. We had a horrible stay there because nothing was cleaned when we arrived and you could smell cigarette smoke throughout the whole apartment. We had to wait several hours for it to be clean and with clean I mean still dirty although we asked the cleaning lady over and over again to please clean the dirty spots. We stayed two nights and the day after our arrival we realized that still a lot of stuff is missing (Towels etc). We had to call the manager several times . We already told him when we arrived and saw that the apartment is dirty that if they don't fix this we would leave and we want some of our money back. He said that we would find a solution we would be happy with and that he promises to call the next day. As he didn't call us until the afternoon and we felt like he wouldn't call at all, so we called him only to hear that because we booked through airbnb we had to ask them for our money back. Ofcours airbnb tried to help us but because the manager was DENYING EVERYTHING ( although we had lots of evidence photos that we already sent to him at our arrival). Throughout our stay and after our department false accusations were made against us. the worst of them all took place on 10.30 PM (!!!) on the day of our checkout where through the airbnb app he sent us pictures (of a similar but not exact same Flat) where the apartment is completely destroyed and broken. Ofcourse we knew that we didn't break a thing at our apartment but as we tried to tell him that in calls or text he just ignored us and told airbnb that he wants money for the Damage "WE" did. The next day I tried to call him and talk to him about why he would lie like this or if there was a mixup just pretended to didn't hear me and made noises of the phone breaking up which to me clearly sounded fake. I found this behavior extremely inappropriate and childish. As we paid A LOT of money for our stay there we would have wished to be treated with basic respect. We are very disappointed in the icon h and its manager. Although I have lots of evidence pictures I will not post them on here but I sincerely hope that the manager will admit to airbnb that this happened and would refund a part of our stay. Maybe this experience is just an unlucky accident but based on how rudely we were treated and that false accusations were made several times with the result of the manager denying everything and not refunding us a single Swiss franc we are very disappointed in the whole situation.

Pretty good hotel. Few minutes away from city center. Had a little bit of dificulty getting the smart key ready on my smartphone. Very clean. Recommend it.
