The place was quite small actually. Although you get 2 rooms but the rooms and toilets are quite small. Other than that its superb. Easy parking, good guards and everything. Will come here again

I checked in for a Air BnB stay last night, its my most horrible experience so far. The moment i walked in, there is cigarette smell in the unit and the floor is sticky. Than the aircon has no air, of course the filters had not been cleaned for ages ( checked the pictures). The unit is full of cockroaches, even in the kettle and amazingly, the company that manages this unit A-05-15 says these are all normal. Also, there is only one car park spot, so if you have more than one car, you have to park outside. I also believe they do not change the bedsheets at all after guests checked out. See the pictures below to believe.

Very dirty, toilet full of mold, dirty bed sheet. Not worth your money for the above RM200 and small apartment. Swimming pool cannot enter unless you wear a swimming suit. Very disappointed.

Axcording to the instruction for check in from agent, he will leave the check in forms in letterbox. But i can't found it. Actually been stayed in The Wave many times, but reserved with another agent. Very pleasant place. But i totally change my mind after checked in this time. 1. No form in letterbox 2. I need to pay RM2 for the form 3. Smoking room, which i request for non-smoking room 4. Towel is very very very dirty, my house floor mat is more clean than this provided 5. No wifi (never stay in a non wifi homestay before), there's no TV channel set too 6. Floor is sticky, very unpleasant feel to step in without shoes 7. Many small cockroaches crawling on floor, it's very terrified to me 8. The bedsheet has many batches of stains, very disgusting to sleep on it 9. There's even a lipsticked lip marked on room mirror. I don't understand what i paid for the housekeeping. Conclusion, this time of experience made me not dare to stay in The Wave anymore, don't reserve the room with LETS STAY management, it's really terrible!
