This is a brand new building (2023) with rooms only (initially I thought that it is a traditional hotel) - hence no reception, no lobby, no breakfast room. You get into the building and into the room with a code that you receive through booking. The room was sufficiently large and comfortable, with a nice bathroom, working desk, fridge, a Nespresso machine and a small balcony. It is located in walking distance from the center of Thessaloniki. If you arrive too early or want to leave later, there are a few lockers right at the building entrance, where you can lock your luggage. I was very happy with the room.

The rooms are really clean and fancy. i love it 😍 The only downside is that there is not a great view from the room i am staying in. Maybe other rooms have a better view. The price is also convenient. One can tell it deserves it.

Post-midnight, hard to get in with dead battery and didn't even realize the access code came in an e-mail before asking. Owner phone was unreachable. Place was amazing and incredibly good for the price of 65 euros. Very well equipped rooms.

Pure catastrophe! I do not recommend going here because although the stay is okey, they do not provide you a parking spot. And because the stay is in the shady neighborhood, my car god scratched with the key. The do not want to take any responsibility about that although they have cameras in front of the building. Other than that, the do not have a reception and don’t check if you stay there or someone else. If something happens to you who is responsible? Catastrophe
