Very nice stay here! We had made reservations in another hotel nearby, but they were closed down.. So the manager of this hotel helped us with contacting, and when that didn't work, we got to stay here... Good luck after bad luck, because it was way better than the other. Good appartement, nice rooms (really clean, but some things were a bit old 😉), and on walking distance from Konak metro and bus. Very helpful manager! She got us a lot of info about where to eat locally etc... When we go back, we're staying here again!

Where we stayed for 3 nights. Unfortunately, it was bad because the rooms smelled terribly damp, I could hardly bear it for three nights. Also, there was no hot water, only lukewarm water. Cockroaches etc in front of the door. There was. Also, 3 cats constantly tried to get in every time we opened the door and glass, so we couldn't open the door with glass. The location is central, but it is on a hill with very narrow streets, so those who come by car may have difficulty if they are a little novice or do not have an automatic car. Yes, the view on the terrace was beautiful, but the cats did not leave us alone every time we went out. In short, I do not recommend this place for this price.

A waste of 2,400 TL..What a shame..I am an architect myself. First of all, this is not a hotel. A thing called "self-checkin" has been created, it also exists in Europe, but of course it is not as amateur there. The spider webs created a distinct atmosphere of nostalgia, the animals were disturbed, and we felt bad because we entered. The area is already offside. You should be careful with your car and your clothes, your wallet automatically jumps out of your pocket, and when you enter the neighborhood you will be greeted by children with knives in their pockets. Maybe that's why there is no officer. A message comes to your pocket. If you have the ability to unlock the room (because the keys are from the Byzantine period), you will be lucky and enter the room. Let's say, if you are untalented like me, you are screwed. Welcome to Squid Game, there is no such thing as a key, forget that anyway. I am now writing down the description of the lady friend on the phone, sentence by sentence.." Go to the back iron door of the room above, pull the electrical cable on the door towards you, enter and go up the stairs to the next floor, there is no light, but don't be afraid, nothing will happen. From there, go down the white iron staircase 2 floors down, that's the room. E key? "The key is left in the door" understand the situation from here.

We received service to stay one night in Izmir due to my wife's exam. On the day of our stay, my wife had completed 36 weeks of pregnancy. In our search for a quiet home environment to stay in during the stress of the exam and pregnancy period, our stop was Iconic Stone Houses. We spent a night in a cold March, in the early 60s, when Anatolia was just getting acquainted with television and radio was widely listened to in homes. We experienced Tatar culture to the fullest during our stay, where peace and nostalgia warmed us. The hospitality was indescribably good for us. First of all, it is our duty to thank you for this hospitality. Maybe thanks to this pleasant stay, my wife achieved very good success in her exam. Currently, my wife is working as a specialist assistant. Our daughter is very healthy and having a pleasant time. I remember this stay and feel happy. We would like to thank Iconic Stone House for providing us with this accommodation with its cleanliness, peace and security, and sincerity. I recommend everyone reading this to escape from the chaotic crowds of big cities and experience a peaceful detached house stay.
