This is definitely not a 4 star hotel! The breakfast is ridiculous. It only consists of eggs, 2 types of sausage and cheap supermarket cheese. The food is not kept warm. The juice is watery, the coffee is not good either, it's instant. So a small selection of cheap food. Max 2 Star.

The room was comfortable with a big bed and all necessary. For a hotel, The breakfast was a bit small, but had the usual selection of pastries, cereal, eggs and sausage, toast and more. It's quiet and great for a good night sleep. Walking distance from the Metro, food store.

The rooms are NOTHING like the photos. Definitely not what they advertise, it smelled in the room (like pee and cigarettes) and was not up to date at all. The location was great just not the place we were expecting. Don’t recommend at all.

Absolutely appalling! Lets start with the check in. We waited 40 minutes for the incompetent staff to sign us in, something other italian hotels we’ve been to did in less than 5. The elevator didnt work so we had to take the stairs. The rooms? disgusting. Towels smelt like cigarettes, mattresses were as stiff as a brick, AC didn’t work leaving us sweltering and the shower drain didnt drain which flooded the entire bathroom. The food - perhaps the best part - was underwhelming. €15 for a pizza you could find in a supermarket isle. Cocktails we waited an hour for, only for them to get the order wrong, so badly made we couldn’t even finish them. RUN AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL
