Well maintained residential hotel. Was a bit dirty on the balcony else it was nice. We were 6 ppl and had no issues to fit. Shower was a bit weird though but I guess that's how it is in Japan. The location was perfect. A few minutes walk to were it all happened. Recommended.

This place is awesome for family & groups. The price is reasonable and the location is very good as it is near Dotonbori. The check in and out is a breeze😊
