In a nutshell, this accommodation is unsafe, unhealthy, and unclean. In more detail…1. We had a one-bedroom apartment with kitchen and shower. The kitchen had an oven and a microwave, but there were no pots/pans to use in the microwave or the oven. So, you can only put a frozen pizza in the oven or something ready to eat to heat up. Roasting or baking in the oven is not possible. 2. The apartment was filthy. Upon arrival everything was covered in long black hair, from the bed sheets over the kitchen cupboards to the floors and the shover. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting, the walls were covered in mildew, the fittings in limescale and the whole room as well as the apartment reeked of sewage... The shower gully had probably not been cleaned for ages. The kitchen was just as disgusting, the sink had not been cleaned for ages, the stovetop was sticky and grimy. The floors underneath the bed and the coach had not been swept. The vacuum cleaner which was provided was full of dirt. We did not feel safe to use it. 3. We spent here 6 nights in January, and it was only the last night that it was warm enough. The apartment had 2 infrared heaters in each room, but some of them made strange noises and they did not provide enough comfort. The bathroom remained ice-cold all the time, even though the thermostat was turned on. 4. There is no lift in this house, and our apartment was on the 5th floor. We had a lot of suitcases and a 20-month-old toddler, all of which we had to carry upstairs... We were not warned of this fact. The beds were uncomfortable, and the pillows were not even real pillows it seemed... They just stuffed something in the pillowcase. 5. The infrared heaters are a danger for children, as some of them are in reachable height and are very hot. There were also power sockets hanging out from the wall. 6. There is no free parking in front of the venue (you must pay from 9 am to 10 pm), which fact we were not aware of and collected a parking fine.

The apartment has everything you need. It is very suitable for a short or long stay. It has a kitchen with dishwasher, it has washing machine, 2 TVs (one is smart TV), WIFI. The place is big. I think, it can accommodate 4-5 people. The location is also convenient. The bus stops and tram station are just 3-6 mins away. The price is very affordable.
