I have stayed at these apartments countless times though always experience the same issues of heating and hot water. I should confirm that this time around there is a great change the apartment are now well taken care of with the high standard the reception Rauf been of great help and they now know what they are doing. Good job Rauf .

The whole apartment is damaged and just poorly patched up. Some lamps are broken, the oven door is splintered, the kitchen shelf is broken, the windows are leaking and dirty. The bed is broken and dirty, with hair and brown stains. The fuse box hums extremely loudly. The shower is moldy. When asked for a towel to dry dishes, they said they don't have any. I had to pay a deposit of 200 pounds for any damage, ridiculous! Before we moved in, the apartment was only cleaned very poorly and it is only cleaned on request. It stinks because it's damp because of the leaking windows. Comfortable holidays look different!

We always stay here when in London - makes a great base as shops, eateries and 2 tube stations (Central and Circle lines) within 5 mins walk. Rooms are simple but clean and have everything you need. Recommended.

This place was absolutely AWFUL! My Valentine's mini break to London with my girlfriend was ruined by Imperial Court Suites. It's nothing like the pictures online!! No central heating so the place was freezing cold. We had no running hot water to take a shower. The apartment had considerable damage, was quite dirty, and had such an unusual layout. There was even a dirty pair of used stockings left behind in our cupboard which was incredibly disgusting! We arrived to check in and despite already paying for the room online we were promptly demanded to pay a further £200 deposit to the very rude receptionist before he would even give us the key to our room leaving us without any spending money. We had a really small television that was poorly placed. Very loud neighbours in the apartment next door, and outside our dirty windows was a dreadful view with chickens in the back garden and even a goose laying in the dirty laundry outside while the maid was stood in full view smoking a cigarette whilst feeding the pigeons. Absolutely zero romance! We asked for a refund and were told no. It took over a week to get our £200 deposit back AND the police had to be called because a young man was stood outside the property smashing things at gone midnight. I would highly recommend NEVER booking a room here! My girlfriend and I did not feel safe whatsoever and felt incredibly disappointed with the whole ordeal. We were grateful when it was over.

On arrival staff took 200 deposit from us for potential damages. Got to the room the hall way to the room was awful, staircase was dull walls covered in scrapes and funny smell. Got into room it was big and spacious but the drawers in toilet hanging off (why take deposit for damages when rooms damaged?). Shower tray was dirty old soap limescale around it, walls all marked and scrapes, tv was literally crooked on wall pictures crooked on wall, the hob was chipped. Place was not clean to a hotel/apartment. Good thing it's handy for subway as it's behind property but I personally wouldn't return here. It really does NOT look like the photographs. It's dirty, needs done up badly and repaired. Would be a good place if they 1. Cleaned it 2. Painted it and 3. Done it up and spent a bit of money.
