Amazing location right by Tivoli. I was surprised some of the reviews said the rooms were small or not clean because my experience was great. The rooms were adequate size and clean and incredibly affordable compared to other places in Copenhagen. Highly recommend.

I’ll start off with the bad parts. The room. We had booked a superior room. It just felt like a slightly larger regular room. It looked fancy, until you got up close to see it’s actually old. There was still dust some places and the hot water was awful to get working properly - it went from scorching hot to freezing and sometimes it just bounced between those. The bed wasn’t comfortable. Neither was the pillow. Despite being sound proofed, you could still hear the cinema going on when the bass was loud - sometimes even shaking the room a little. Then the good part: The location is great. Checking in and out is easy and the breakfast was pretty good. The interior of the common areas gives off a sense of classy/fancy.

The hotel is centrally located, which was the best part of our experience. While the lobby looks good, the rooms are not very nice. We had two adjacent rooms of the same type, but one was much smaller than the other, so much so that we couldn’t easily walk between the bed and the wall - a bit strange and why other reviewers may have mentioned room size. The room wasn’t very clean, the glasses had lipstick and looked like they had just been turned upside down rather than washed or replaced with clean glasses. The shower had mould at the bottom of the shower screen, was dirty around the edges and the tap leaked. Cleaning was optional for supposed environmental reasons and you had to request room cleaning via a QR code the day before. Basically the cleaning was understaffed, which was very different to the lobby where there were many reception staff with condescending attitudes when we asked them questions. It seemed like the hotel was more interested in first appearances than giving a good accommodation experience. There was almost non-existent wifi and minimal facilities with only a small kettle and instant coffee.

Location was good close to Strøget, Nyhavn and city hall. The room was horrific felt run down, they’ve cramped three single beds into such a small space, Wi-Fi connection was weak how is one meant to do their work if on a business trip…?! Bathroom was clean there was no mini-fridge to even put my own drinks into, TV was outdated and not smart, lights were not fully functioning. I definitely will not be staying there again.
