Excellent boutique hotel. The front desk staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Our room was always very clean, nothing out of place, we always had water bottles, fresh towels, and a clean bed. Sophia’s restaurant was a surprising find, she cooks with her heart and with what she has available to her. We will miss her and her food very much. The pool was nice and clean, plenty of chairs, and not too loud. The music played for our 4 day stay was fantastic, so kudos to whoever is picking the music here - great atmosphere. The hotel is a little close to a busier road, and it was a little bit windy. Neither of these things can be controlled, and neither should sway you from staying here. Thank you again to the whole team at Impressive One!

Worse Hotel Experience! The room had a faulty bed! I Couldn’t sleep the night! I have informed the front Desk on the following morning, they simply didn’t address the issue until the night! With none-sense excuse! The hotel is Full and can’t change my fault room or bed! I had sleep an extra night on a broken/ faulty bed! My advise don’t book at this Hotel! The Staff will not fix assist you! And it’s over rated for the service and Room! Don’t make my mistake! Book somewhere for a better value for your money!

My partner and I LOVED our stay here and wish that we could have stayed longer. The view from our room upstairs was impeccable, as was the quality of our room and the overall hotel. The staff was amazing, specifically George, Sophia, and another young woman who worked at the front desk. The reception was extremely eager to help plan activities for our stay, and was able to organize all of the details for us. They called us numerous taxis and booked us our massages! Overall, they gave us great recommendations and were always willing to help. The pool and restaurant are also very nice and have a pleasant ambiance. While the immediate road does not have a sidewalk, it is still walkable with stores and restaurants (and a popular winery) within a close walk. Would absolutely recommend this location for couples and families.

My recent stay at Impressive One Hotel in Santorini was generally a pleasant experience, and it certainly delivered value for its price. The hotel offered decent showers and comfortable beds, ensuring a good night's rest. However, my only concern during my stay was the lack of soundproofing. I'm not sure if this is a common issue in Santorini hotels, as it was my first visit to the island. The thin walls made it quite easy to hear neighbors entering or exiting their units and even the noise from passing cars outside. To counter this, I ended up using the provided TV to play white noise from YouTube, which helped me get some quality sleep. Apart from the sound issue, Impressive One Hotel met my expectations, especially considering the price point. If noise sensitivity isn't a concern for you, it's definitely a good choice for your stay in Santorini.
