This place is awesome! Great cafe downstairs with fresh baked goods, super cool rooftop bar, an amazing breakfast with about 8 choices cooked to order, very friendly and accommodating staff, and walking distance to everything in downtown LP. The rooms are very cool and spacious too! HIghly recommend 100%.

The hotel itself is nice and good service, would recommend a balcony room for 1-2 nights over seeing the night market (the beds were not so good though). The restaurant has poor service and the food was not always good (and we never managed to get pizza though we tried two times).

If it wasn't for the location and prepaying for the room we would have checked out the first night. Restroom especially smelly knowing that plumbing odor in Laos & most of Southeast Asia is subpar at best. Otherwise, hotel is nice and the rooms are large. Great service and staff.

I wanted to say thank you for administrator Mr. Somolk who helped us even though we were not staying at this hotel. We wanted to order a shared mini van to go to railway station and our hotel (Golden Lotus Palace) wasn't able to order (only tried to trick us with enormous price options) so we went to Indigo to have our breakfast and asked him. He was very intelligent, friendly and polite. Huge thank you and keep it up with this quality of service.
