Place itself was okay but there were marks in one of the rooms which we have been blamed for. Cigarette burns in the carpet, but none of us smoke! Took £80 out of the deposit we put down to replace the carpet? Seeing as though that is a bit cheap for a carpet replacement I think they leave these marks here as a way to get extra money out of people. If you want to charge more just charge more. Don't be sly about it.

Stayed here as I had work function near isle of dogs which is pretty close by. Room had good double bed and tv with free Netflix. Digital locks were new to me but very handy as no keys or cards needed. Will stay again if I visited again.

Seemed ideal, however on arrival, the place was dirty, smelly, stains over the wall, and refuse to give deposit back when they can't properly clean, steer clear, spend your money elsewhere, absolute scam artists.

At first it seemed like a nice place to stay but on opening the door you will be met with dirt and marks all over the house. It looks like it gets cleaned once a month. There was dirty washing left in the washing machine, food left in the oven and on opening the door to our room we were met with a smell of what can only be described as old socks. One of the roughest nights sleeps I’ve had. I wouldn’t recommend this stay to anyone. Took over an hour of trying to get in contact with the owner to get the code to the door as well. Asked for a £200 deposit on arriving without any notice and they weren’t even ready to receive the payment so we could get in the house. Awful experience
