I stayed at the hotel for one night. Friendly staff especially (Ferdaus), very cool reception. The room was very clean and the mini bar was full of Drinks for free. Very good breakfast.

Excellent hotel overall in the heart of frankfurt’s financial district with amazing views of the city. Hotel is located on the 22nd floor and upwards. Im rating it 4 stars as the breakfast was unimpressive, the shower is noise and lacks privacy and there is a mandatory stop at floor 22nd to switch elevators. Compared to other major cities the price at c. €200 a night seems reasonable. Comfortable beds and very quiet rooms.

Not flexible, not considerate at all. We had a one night booking, and it was supposed to be one of the nicer hotels in our germany trip. Sadly, a snowstorm in Munich, prevented us from reaching Frankfurt. The road was blocked, Trains cancelled, the airport shutdown. We had no way of getting to Frankfurt. Even though we called and emailed the hotel to ask for a waiver of the fee (or postpone the booking even by one night) they were unwilling and charged us 90% of the full charge. Remember we had to also pay for a last minute hotel in Munich and they flight change, so this storm already cost us a substantial amount of money. We expected the hotel to at least be considerate and allow us to postpone the night or a partial waiver of the cancelation but they treated us like a no show either way. Being a Melia member didn't help. I would never book such a hotel again, because if anything goes wrong, you know they'll just be happy to profit off your bad luck instead of helping.

Quite a stunning view. Very close to the nearest SBahn station (pick the right exit), on the S8/S9 from Frankfurt airport. Super clean and large room. Not exactly sure what style they are going for, sort of retro chic steam punkish style; weird, but it works, once you work out the light switches 😉 (joking: easy but weird). Only weird thing: if you are travelling solo and plan on getting some work done at their bar on the 22nd floor while sipping a drink, they have no proper food and, more importantly, have a "no working on your laptop" policy. I do get the point but that killed my flow..

Hotel location is good as it's close to all the shopping and food places. Staff at the hotel are friendly and informative. It is a little annoying that I had to go to the 22nd floor.. get out... and then go up again to my room from the 22nd floor. I couldn't go straight up from ground floor. The parking at the hotel was a hassle. My husband and I drove to the parking garage and rang the bell multiple times for a few mins and the door wouldn't open. I had to go up to reception to tell him to open it and then message my husband that he can go in. If I drove solo.. I'm not sure how I could go in as I can't leave the car on the street.
