I had a fantastic experience staying at the exclusive aparthotel in Warsaw, Poland. The amenities they offered were top-notch, adding immense value to the stay. The reasonable pricing made it even more appealing, considering the quality of services provided. The location of the aparthotel was strategically chosen, offering both convenience and accessibility to nearby attractions. Our stay was truly enjoyable, and we're eager to return whenever we find ourselves in the area again. The staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. This aparthotel has left a positive and lasting impression, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a great place to stay in Warsaw.

I booked this apartment for a few nights for my stay in Warsaw and pretty liked it. The rooms were clean and well-stocked with everything you need - from the great toiletries to the coffee machine, tea, washing machine, and iron with an ironing board. Location-wise, the apartment hit the mark. Just a short walk from the Swietokrzyska metro station, the Warszawa Centralna railway station and the Sezam and Zlote Tarasy shopping centres. The 24-hour reception was a lifesaver when we faced a minor hiccup - we lost electricity due to blown fuses, and within minutes of contacting the agency, someone was there to fix the issue. The neighborhood was a pleasant surprise – quiet and surrounded by greenery, which provided a welcome escape after the day in the city's hustle and bustle. Nevertheless, a couple of drawbacks stood out. The lack of AC in the room was definitely a challenge, especially during heatwave. Thankfully, a fan was available. Also, despite the well-equipped kitchen, there was a glaring oversight – no cutlery. While it was disappointing, I believe this could have been rectified had we reported it. Additionally, there was no Chromecast functionality on the TV, which would have been a nice touch for entertainment options. With all that in mind, I’ll rate my experience a solid 4 stars

Booked an apartment for 4 days with my sisters and my baby. Very clean apartment. Central to Warsaw. You can walk alot of restaurants. Close to Metro/ underground station. They provided cot bed for baby on request plus high chair. The service from Reception is top notch. Communication with reception was amazing. Can not recommend their services enough. Highly recommend them

Highly recommended. I the city center but quiet. Close to all attractions and public transport. You can leave your car in the parking lot and forget about the traffic. Comfy beds. Good service. However... exclusivity sets the high bar and expectations. No sitting area in the living room (where there was the open sleeping couch - we had an apartment with two beds). No possibility to dim the light - only ceiling lights. No hooks in the bathrooms to hand towels and the shower too short.

I booked this place for Easter to meet with family and right on the same day when we were checking in, they told us that the flat we booked had “water pressure problems”. They gave us a flat 1 km away from the location. The new place was not bad at all but they should inform about these kind of issues before our arrival. We booked that place on purpose because it was next of palace of culture so this situation was not very convenient.
