The rooms are spacious the breakfasts are delicious and it is close to many interesting places in Sao Paulo

Experience as an International Visitors. Not happy with service, specially breakfast. Big negatives: - we found insect in our breakfast. - no ingredients mentioned at breakfast table. My wife is allergic to eggs. We asked for help but they simply ignored it second day. Small unimpressive things: - Forget small things in our room like hot water kittle, dustbins (it is available in my colleagues room). No offense but staff do speak English and we couldn't convey our messages to them. We could have ignored it but we are paying 89€ per days and it have 3 start validation. Major disappointment. *Not an personal comment for any particular person and people. Best wishes Rahul from Germany. Business Trip.

The location is good, within walking distance of shopping and dining. The hotel itself may need updating very, very soon. I was concerned about mold in between the tiles and water leaking from the ceiling in my bathroom. I'm sure it'll be addressed soon. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It would be nice if the hotel could invest in expanding its fitness center and installing bigger elevators. Good enough for what I would consider is a 3-star hotel.
