Airlines use this hotel to lodge stranded passengers, so check in can be very long at times. The hotel is very recent, a half hour walking from the airport. Rooms are excellent, well sized, good bedding, coffee machine and water cooker. Breakfast buffet is great 👍

DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL. After waiting a long time at check in, the hotel cancelled the booking made by my airline as they had allowed themselves to be overbooked. They declined to provide any printed confirmation of this, stating that the airline had been informed. I was forced to book myself another hotel at midnight. They are now ignoring my emails requesting confirmation of the cancellation which I need to claim my alternative accommodation expenses. Appalling customer service.

The food at the restaurant here in the hotel is PHENOMENAL!!! So, so, so delicious. I had the lentils, my children had the fish, and my husband had the chicken- everything was so yummy. Highly recommend!

Convenient and clean new property within a 2 min walk of the 14 and 18 tram lines heading downtown. Take the tram from the airport instead of a cab. We had a superior room and it was spacious enough and comfortable for our 3 day stay. Breakfast was surprisingly enjoyable and benefited from well-made viennoiserie 🥐. Rachid, the dining room host was a delight and most hospitable. Good overall value.
