A very nice new hotel, quiet rooms and great location/views! Staff needs more training though - we paid for breakfasts upon check in and it was not communicated to the restaurant staff (not marked in the system) and we had to “prove” we paid and wait, which was a little unpleasant. We were clearly two guests, but there was only one dental kit in the room… this is just sloppy and unprofessional of the staff. The price is too high - almost 1000 aed for a room is just too much for this town, all things considered Overall - a good stay, but we have a slight feeling that what we paid does not quite go in line with the experience we got

The rooms are spacious and clean, the open buffet variety was also very good enough. They have like 4 restaurants at ur choice. The staff is friendly. Just their outdoor area could be organized in a better way. It’s still nice, and there are like 3 swimming pool, but it doesn’t feel cozy. And the shape of the hotel building itself is done in a way that no single balcony has privacy, which is for me big downside. Kids club was good, they have pretty good program of kids activity

Amazing place, outstanding service, rooms very large clean. Beach is kept in good condition we went Club but next time we will for sure go all inclusive certainly worth it. Staff went above and beyond to make our 20th wedding anniversary something to remember. Thank you to all the team.

My stay at the Intercontinental Ras Al Khaimah Hotel was, without a doubt, one of the most exceptional hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this hotel represents the pinnacle of luxury and customer service. As a Diamond Elite IHG member, I was thrilled to receive recognition of my status with an upgrade to a magnificent suite. The suite was a realm of elegance and comfort, boasting a spacious terrace that offered a breathtaking view of the sea. Waking up to the serene sounds of the waves and the beauty of the ocean was a daily delight. The quality of the room was matched by the culinary offerings of the hotel. Each meal was a gastronomic adventure, featuring a diverse range of cuisines prepared to perfection. The freshness of the ingredients and the skill of the chefs were evident in every dish, making dining at the hotel a consistently pleasurable experience. We had a very enjoyable and memorable stay in this resort, the view from the room was amazing, the facilities are great, the pool and beach access were you can spend all the day without feeling the time, the restaurant levant nar (Turkish restaurant) is a must try the food is so delicious, the staff are so professional.. it was my birthday and they surprised me with a cake which i wasn’t expecting at all. A big thanks to all the intercontinental staff ❤️ Special mention to Mahmoud who made our stay a fabulous one and ensured we had the most enjoyable stay.
