This was my first time staying at the hotel, but it was an amazing experience. Once of the best InterContinental hotels I have stayed at. Sadly, I was only there one night. The staff was amazing (especially Eve or Eva...she was really kind and helpful when checking in) and the breakfast was simply spectacular. It is directly connect to the COEX mall, which also makes it really convenient as well. Highly recommended!

Location is why we always stayed on this hotel. The service is always good especially at the Club room. But the room really needs a lot of updating…stayed at the junior suite and one side of room is totally bared with just couch and table. A simple flowers/plant and some painting in the wall would have made huge difference.

We had the baby shark room and it was a dream come true for our toddler. She still keeps asking to go back to baby sharks house. One of the best breakfast buffets I have ever seen.

I stayed in this hotel in 2018 and after the COVID, just recently in 2023. On both occasions I had a memorable stay. While acknowledging the spotlessly clean environment, the second - to - none breakfast or the spa experience on the third floor, my memorable stays are primarily attributed to the staff. There were no issues too difficult to deal with, there were no requests that were too difficult to help with. The staff had an always immaculate presentation; everybody was kind, courteous and helpful. When I need to travel to Seoul, your hotel will be my choice again. Thank you.

Stayed at the hotel while attending a conference in COEX. The interior was good with warm colours against the cold weather. The staff was good; however there were some better than the others. All communicated very well and polite but sometimes they spout out backhanded comments. I didn't manage to get their names, but I would love to give special thanks to the concierge and the staff handling the fitness centers reception. Best staff were the cleaning ladies. They made my day whenever I see them in the hallways. Lovely smiles Breakfast was good for the price. Varied choices but I wished there were more local delights. The congee was amazing.
