The Interlude House is a place with an excellent location if you want to walk around and visit all the different restaurants and shops that Covent Garden offers. It's also very close to Bus and Underground stations. The only downside I could point out is that if you're traveling with large baggage, going up and down the stairs is a bit challenging.

Our first attraction to this property was location. It has proximity to the theaters and it's just a block or two from the Covent Garden tube station. Lots of wonderful places to eat. The apartment is equipped with the basics. The windows are well insulated both for temperature and sound. And there's a/c and heat. You don't find that everywhere in London. It was scrupulously clean. There is a dishwasher and multiple detergent tabs more than sufficient for our stay. Interlude House made it possible to enjoy breakfast both in our pajamas and in a charming place just down the block. We discovered a delightful lunchtime only takeout place: Kastner and Oven. Take a right out the door and another right at the corner. I am convinced that I have to go on a theater binge next year. And I hope to return to this property. The one improvement I'd like to see is the replacement of the mattress or a memory foam topper.

A+ service with a very responsive and flexible host and an unbeatable location a block away from Covent Garden and a short walk to tons of transportation options. As previous poster had mentioned, the bed could use a refresher, so glad to hear that's on the way shortly. Walls are also a bit thin and there are only standard blinds on the window which let a significant amount of light in from the street light outside. Follow the same advice that I would give in any major city: bring ear plugs and a sleep mask and you'll have a fantastic stay!

Stayed eight nights in unit B. Location is the best, we walked everywhere. We managed to stay during early September heatwave so A/C was a godsend and worked great. We loved Masala zone around the corner, way better than Dishoom for us. Restaurant noise was constant until 11 pm and was not an issue. Stairs are wonky but again so is every building in London. Why 4 stars then? Two items - washer dryer worked but had a loose start button so it took a real effort to get going. Maintenance was aware of this and said new machine was on order. The second item was the mattress - it was cheap and old. We flipped it as it appeared to never have been rotated before and it made it tolerable but there is no excuse for such poor sleeping arrangement. We plan on visiting again next year and would love to stay but the mattress has to be replaced with one price appropriate for the rent being asked.
